You’ll have your own entrance and access to a shared laundry room with supplies. Enjoy the use of our pool, barbeque, and outdoor kitchen and seating area, where you can relax and soak up the sun. And as a special treat, you’ll get to savor our private tiffin service that delivers delicious home-cooked meals too. The space Guest laundry, Outdoor Kitchen and Swimming Pool Guest access The pool and barbeque are accessible anytime and may be shared with other living on the property. Other things to note Our German Shepard, Kalhua resides on property. Mostly stays indoors. Very friendly with other pets! In accordance with City of Santa Rosa Ordnance & our STR Permit number: SVR24-102: We allow 6 maximum renters and 3 additional Daytime guests. Quiet time after 9 pm to 8 am Outdoor Amplified Sound Prohibited. No. Fires or Fireworks. Please try to walk softly and without heavy shoes so as not to disturb downstairs guests. No Kids or Infants allowed due to safety issues. No pets allowed due to noise issues for downstairs unit. There are 3 designated parking spots for the guests please use those spaces only. As per our STR Permit# SVR24-102: 1. IF YOU BOOK BOTH UNITS: ONLY 6 GUESTS AND 3 ADDITIONAL DAYTIME GUESTS ALLOWED. 2. IF YOU BOOK ONLY THE DOWNSTAIRS UNIT: ONLY 2 GUESTS & 1 DAYTIME GUEST. 3.IF YOU BOOK ONLY THE UPSTAIRS UNIT: ONLY 4 GUESTS & 2 DAYTIME GUESTS ALLOWED. 4. The short-term rental shall not be used for any gathering where the number of persons will exceed the permitted maximum number of short-term renters and daytime guests, or if the following parking requirements cannot be met: a. One off-street parking space per bedroom. Where legal on-street parking is available, one on-street parking space may count toward the minimum number of parking spaces required. b. If a garage or driveway is used to meet the parking requirement, the garage or driveway must be available to the short-term renter for that purpose. c. Parking shall not be located in a required front or street side setback except when on a driveway. d. Parking shall not encroach into the roadway or obstruct emergency lane access or travel. This includes driveways where fire department access is required to come within 150 feet from the furthest point of the structure for firefighting purposes. 5. Events including but not limited to weddings, receptions, and corporate events are prohibited,. 6. Short-Term Rentals must be in compliance with the noise requirements of Santa Rosa Municipal Code Section Chapter 17-16 NOISE, except that quiet hours will be enforced between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am and outdoor amplified sound is strictly prohibited. 7. Outdoor burning shall comply with the following: a. Outdoor burning at Non-Hosted Short-Term Rentals shall be limited to outdoor firepits, fireplaces, barbeques/grills and heaters that generate an open flame through the use of a single five-gallon cylinder of liquid petroleum gas (LGP) or are fed by natural gas. Such outdoor burning shall not be located within 10 feet of combustible vegetation and overhanging trees limbs. b. No other outdoor burning shall be permitted at Non-Hosted Short-Term Rentals. c. Outdoor burning at Hosted Short-Term Rentals shall comply with all requirements of Santa Rosa Municipal Code Chapter 18-44 and the California Fire Code.
