I'm Mod Abode You! A funky retro themed basement apartment inspired by the groovy 60s-70s, this spot is a vintage lover's dream. Kick your feet up, put a record on the turntable, play a board game, and peruse the vintage books. This quirky apartment has it all: a full kitchen, a clawfoot tub, and even a working Ms. Pac-Man arcade! The attention to detail is impeccable. Located in quiet southeast Portland, 8 minutes away from the lovely food and shopping corridor of the Woodstock neighborhood. This is a basement unit with an upstairs tenant. The only shared portion of this Airbnb is the entry hallway which they may use to access the shared laundry room. Please be respectful of the tenant's and shared space, as well as noise levels throughout your stay. The upstairs tenants do have a cat which is not allowed in the bottom unit or entry hallway but if you are extremely sensitive this may not be the space for you. Please note the TV is a smart TV, you will need to sign in to your own streaming accounts we do not provide logins. Due to how much there is to see in and around Portland as well as how many different areas there are to visit--we strongly recommend anyone staying anywhere in Portland to rent a vehicle or be ready to use a ride share app or public transit. There is plenty of street parking at our location for guests. This unit is located in the Brentwood-Darlington area just minutes from the hip Foster-Powell aka FoPo and Woodstock neighborhoods, with endless restaurants, food carts, bars, vintage and record shops. There are a handful of food carts, bars, taverns, grocery stores and liquor stores walking distance from this unit. However, due to how much there is to see in and around Portland as well as how many different areas there are to visit--we strongly recommend anyone staying anywhere in Portland to rent a vehicle or be ready to use a ride share app or public transit. This is a no-smoking unit of any kind inside or out, violators will be fined. This unit is a basement apartment and has upstairs tenants please be respectful and observe the city-wide quiet time of 10 PM - 7 AM.
