This adorable, private studio is fully furnished with ample natural light, a private guest entryway & yard. The perfect retreat spot for travelers! Enjoy the queen sized bed & cotton bedding. The kitchen has a sink, retro fridge/freezer, cooktop, microwave, toaster oven, dishes, silverware, electric kettle, stocked coffee & tea bar. Ecofriendly cleaning The space The yard is completely fenced in with a private entryway gate and an outdoor seating area with patio furniture. This eco-friendly retreat will surely meet all of your comfort needs while providing a quiet sanctuary to relax in. The studio is attached to the owner’s family house. There are 2 bicycles for guest use. Smart TV & Roku provided. Guest access Street parking is provided outside of the green private entryway gate, follow the stone steps to the gate. This is an attached private remodeled suite. Owner lives in the adjoining house. Other things to note Please respect neighbors and keep noise minimal after 9pm. No parties or events. No smoking!
