The space This house has it's all!! Coffee station, Bar station, Pool table, Board games, Fully equipped kitchen, Big dining table, smart Tv's, Laundry room with everything you need, nice and bright bedrooms with 100% cotton sheets. Step out to our specious back yard that offers covered patio, outdoor BBQ station, firepit, big beach entry salted pool with waterfall and jacuzzi, luxury lounge sunbathing chairs, that will help you create unforgettable memories. Guest access This is a rental for the entire home. You will not be sharing it with anyone and you will have access to everything in the home, except the garage. There is plenty of street parking and the driveway. Other things to note We provide a starter pack of consumable items (eg. paper towels, toilet paper, soap, etc.). if you are a large group or have a long stay we encourage you to buy additional supplies. Pool heating coasts an additional $100.00 per night. Please let us know in advance if you would like to heat the pool. In this property parties and disruptive noise will not be tolerated. We strongly encourage you to be mindful and respect neighbors privacy and enjoyment of their property. No EXSESSIVE noise, particularly between the hours of 10pm-10am Our house is pet and smoke free, for allergy reasons, we do not approve pets and smoking in the house. Unannounced pet fee penalty is $400 It is the guest's responsibility to monitor umbrellas when they are in use, if it gets windy, the umbrellas must be closed. If guests leave the area, they are responsible for putting the umbrellas back down since they are no longer in close proximity to insure they are not damaged by wind. if an umbrella is damaged during a gust's stay, they will be charged $100 per damaged umbrella for replacement. Please put everything back in it's places to avoid "lots/broken/stolen charges" The Air Conditioning should never be set below 72 degrees to prevent freezing of the AC motor. If the air conditioner set below 72 degrees and it causes damage or a need for a service call and /or repair, the cost of the service call and repairs will be deducted from the security deposit. All Trash shall be disposed of in a trash bag and ONLY the right trash bin (brown). The recyclable items goes ONLY to the recycle bin (gray), please brake down all the boxes before putting it in a recycle bin. Green bin is ONLY for green waist, so please , DO NOT put any trash in the green bin. If we detect trash in the green bin, overflow of ANY BIN or access trash after check out, fee of $175 will be deducted from your security deposit.
