If booking more than 31 days, and you sign our additional contract, we can help provide you access to the Lake Amenities including boats, kayaks, swim beach and concerts. This is an entire private residence with 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, 3 bedroom two baths. It is a two story, with one queen bedroom downstairs and one king bedroom upstairs and one queen bedroom also upstairs. It has a large back patio with large outdoor patio table, BBQ grill and children's play house. If you stay 31 Days plus and sign our supplemental rental agreement, then you can gain access to rent all the Mission Viejo Lake amenities, including swim beach, kayaks rentals and paddle boat rentals, fishing and concerts.. The entire house, garage and back patio is yours in its entirety. Lake amenities are available for guests who book long terms, over 31 days. Come give us a try and see how you like the place. If you booked less than 31 days to test drive for a longer stay, then you will not have access to the Mission Viejo Lake amenities. The guest booking this reservation must be at least 30 years of age. You need to provide a valid ID so we confirm you are. If not provided within 48 hours of the request, or you do not meet the age requirement this booking may result in cancellation. Please note, all cities including Mission Viejo require no talk or at minimum, quiet talk, no laughter on outside patios after 10pm, no loud talking or laughter beyond this time outside to allow the permanent resident neighbors their sleep between 10pm and 8am. If you fear your group will be loud on the back deck, after 10pm, this unit will not be a good fit for your group. Any noise citations by Mission Viejo Police will result in a total loss of your deposit. ADDITIONAL PET WASTE CHARGE of $65.00 if you do not pick up your dogs waste from the back yard, Please remove and dispose of properly before you check out. DISHES at Check-Out. Dishwasher must be run and emptied of all Clean Dishes put away or incur an additional $45.00 charge. A charge of $60.00 if any dishes are put away dirty as it can damage incoming guest reviews.
