The fully equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary talents or you can grill outdoors. Each of the two bedrooms are furnished with 400 thread count linens on king size beds, and the primary bedroom has a half bath en-suite. The Queen is surrounded by nature, so while you are enjoying charming Fredericksburg, take advantage of the peacefulness in the hot tub, the firepit with your favorite Texas wine, or play yard games! Whatever your plans, The Queen of the Hive is where to bee!! *There is a limit of 2 pets per reservation. A $45 per pet, per night fee will apply. Please no pets on the velvet couch. * Rates are based on double occupancy, additional persons beyond 2 will be charged $35 per person per night Professionally managed by Absolute Charm Guest access Day of Check-In you will receive an Access Code Email at 4:00 pm check in which will include: Property address | Door code and instructions | 24 HR On-call phone number- This will be your main contact number after check in for any questions, concerns or issues you may have during your stay. Other things to note Please Note: You are renting a property in the Hill Country which means you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Racoons, ETC) Please be aware of your surroundings, and take caution while driving at night. You may also encounter the various bugs, spiders, scorpions and mice that live in the country AND sometimes do make their way inside. All properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee no pests or bugs will not be visible. Please do not allow pets on beds or blue sofa, extra cleaning fees may apply if pet pee is found in the home.
