Spacious lodge built around the beautiful scenery at Lost Creek with views of meadows and mountains, close to Duck Creek Village and easy access to the abundant trail system of the Dixie National Forest. Unique features include; open circular kitchen and living areas for large gatherings, game room with billiard and poker table, master bedrooms/bath/fireplace, and dedicated office space for remote working. Relax while enjoying the forest wildlife from the 270 degree wrap around covered deck. The cabin is a spacious 4300 sq ft. The main floor consists of an open concept circular kitchen, dining area, living room area with a wood burning stove and large windows looking out to the meadow and mountains. The master bedroom suite and two more bedrooms and two more full baths are also located on the main floor. A loft with a view of to the living area below, has 2 single beds and plenty of floor space for kids. Downstairs consists of a large game room, full bathroom and large bedroom with 2 king beds and a smart TV. The game room has a billiards table, poker/game table, couch area with smart TV, and a kitchenette with sink, microwave and small refrigerator. A covered deck wraps around 270 degrees of the house. The yard includes swings, horseshoe pit and fire pit. Digital locks for no contact check in. Located in the Lost Creek Subdivision of Duck Creek Village. This is in the Dixie National Forest and is in a woodland setting with larger lots where wildlife such as deek, turkeys, rabbits, chipmunks, foxes, and birds co-habitat. Duck Creek ends in a small waterfall (Most of the year) in the meadow below the property. There are numerous local lakes which are stocked yearly for fishing and a vast OHV trail sysytem through the forest. A resident antelope herd visit May through September. Zion NP and Bryce Canyon NP are 45 mins away and Cedar Breaks NM and Brianhead Ski resort are 25 mins away. The drive up the mountain from Cedar City is 29 miles of beautiful Utah forest and mountain scenery and many hiking trails. Once you arrive in Duck Creek Village you will have access to several restaurants, a hardware which stocks groceries, a fuel station with sundries, and OHV rental businesses. The highways are cleared of snow during winter and the subdivision roads are plowed early in the am when it snows. Roads are well maintained by Kane County.
