Located in the Bay of Mont Saint-Michel, halfway between Avranches (12 km) and Granville (15 km). This charming stone and wood house is 1 km from the village of Sartilly and all its shops. The house is very well located to visit Mont Saint Michel, the Abbey of Lucerne, the beaches (St Jean le Thomas, Carolles, Jullouville), the cities (Granville and Avranches) and nature (Forests and Valleys). Great place to combine family vacation and sightseeing The space The house has been renovated and tastefully decorated. With a bedroom on the ground floor and a bathroom (separate toilet with washing machine and dryer). The kitchen, furnished and equipped, is open to the living room with a south-facing exposure. Upstairs, a landing with a sofa bed, a separate toilet and a master bedroom with shower and sink. See photos. There is a terrace and a gravel courtyard, as well as a large, very well exposed high lawn. The outdoor space is 1000 m2 in total. When you arrive, the beds will be made. Possibility of cots on the premises. Shopping and drive-through purchases possible for more comfort upon arrival (optional). Possibility of having children sleep on the sofa bed in the living room.
