On the ground floor (level 0): - A 37 m² living room with TV, sofa bed (double), armchair and dining area. - An open kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine... Outside : - A balcony of 19 m² facing North, accessible from the living room with furniture. - A wooden terrace of 18 m² facing North and a garden of 30 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days. For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, baby bed, plancha, dryer, ironing board and iron.
