Welcome to the Lodge of the Gite de la Mourée in Vars, a 19th-century sheepfold completely renovated in 2022. Enjoy an exceptional panoramic view at 270 degrees and a peaceful setting conducive to relaxation and well-being. You will have access to great comfort and modern amenities of a large ski resort. The gite is ideally located less than 1 km from the Vars ski slopes and is connected by a free shuttle that runs every 15 minutes, just 50 meters from the lodge. The space The Lodge at Gîte de la Mourée in Vars is a renovated 19th-century sheepfold that was fully refurbished in 2022, offering a 250m² surface area with 4 rooms, 7 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms. The Lodge can accommodate 8 single beds, 4 double beds, 1 baby bed, 2 queen size beds, 1 sofa bed, and 2 sofas. The ground floor features a living room, a dining room, and a kitchen. The 4 suites offer different combinations of double beds, single beds, bunk beds, and have bathrooms with Italian showers and toilets. Outside, guests can enjoy a large 200m² terrace with a 270-degree panoramic view of the Vars valley. The Lodge also features a 60m² lounge-bar area with a bar counter, a foosball table, a sound system, a billiard, and board games. The parking area, which can accommodate up to 7 cars, is reserved for guests, with 3 spaces specifically allocated to the Lodge. In addition to the smart TV with free Molotov channels and Wi-Fi, guests will have access to a 15-person BBQ, umbrellas, and a foosball table to make their stay more enjoyable. The kitchen is fully equipped, and even has a professional toaster to enhance your breakfast experience. Please note that ski shoes are prohibited in the Lodge, and it is recommended to avoid wearing shoes in the ground floor living room-kitchen to preserve the parquet flooring and prevent damage. Smoking is not allowed, and guests are asked to respect the neighbors starting from 10 pm.
