Cottage ideally located at the top of the Col du Brabant (altitude 900 m). Come and enjoy the calm and nature in any season with a beautiful and unobstructed view of the mountain, hiking trails that start at the foot of the cottage, Lake Corbeaux 4 km away, the ski slopes of La Bresse Hohneck 20 minutes away... and many other activities nearby (hiking, skiing, snowshoeing, mountain biking, road cycling, paragliding, swimming in the lake...)! Recently renovated, it has all the comforts you need and fiber optic internet! The space The BEL'M cottage (3+4) owes its name to the fact that it combines two cottages spread over two floors and connected to each other in order to offer more space and capacity. You will have at your exclusive disposal: - 6 Bd and 5 shower rooms (4 of the bedrooms have their own en-suite shower room) - 2 equipped kitchens: all the basic necessities for cooking, raclette and fondue machines, kettle, coffee machine, food processor, pizza oven, etc. - 2 living rooms, including a large, friendly living room of 85 m² where you can all gather to eat together, chat around the stove, watch your favorite TV series, or play the board games/foosball/darts provided... - a very large terrace of over 100m², about half of which is covered, for your outdoor meals or to admire the view of the valley For our cycling and mountain biking friends, a washing area for your bikes is available. Other things to note Bed and bath linens are included in the price: this includes pillowcases, fitted sheet, duvet cover, and one bath towel per person. For children, we offer a free kit with a highchair, booster seat, toilet reducer, and a folding crib with mattress. Make sure to let us know before you arrive so we can make it available to you. Earlier check-in (12pm) or late check-out (3pm) is only possible if the accommodation is not rented before or after you, and it takes €60 for earlier check-in and also €60 for late checkout. We also offer the rental of snowshoes and sleds (€10 on the first day and €5/day the following), and electric mountain bikes (€20 on the first day, €15 the following and decreasing). Please specify if you would like to rent them when you book! Finally, we offer a BBQ kit (a bag of charcoal, lighter, BBQ lighter) at a cost of 10€.
