Sunny 2 bedroom condo on the road to Keystone, and with easy access to Lake Dillion, bike paths, National Forest and all that Summit County has to offer! The lifts of Keystone Ski Resort are a moments drive away, while Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Arapahoe basin, Vail and Beaver Creek are also close by. Welcome to your Summit County Getaway!! The space The master bedroom and bathroom looks out upon the National Forest, while a second bedroom has a bunk bed with both a double and queen bed. Guest access The entire condo will be yours! There is a private covered exterior entrance with easy surface lot parking nearby. There are no height restrictions in the parking lot. Other things to note The door to the patio latches closed by pulling the handle on the right-sided door upward. Both doors should be closed first. Pulling the handle upward engages latching pins from the top and the bottom of the door into the door frame. The must be firmly closed and properly aligned to do this. Once latched, turn the knob below the handle to lock the doors. If a short notice reservation is required, please message us through the AirBnB system. We can often accommodate reservations with 1 day(or less) notice. Triple Sheeting(on the two queen beds) and the PMI Purify Enhanced Cleaning Protocol ensure the highest level of cleanliness. Access is by keypad lock. there are no keys needed. Check-in is simple, and the timing can be very flexible. There is no need to check-in at an office upon arrival. As of December 2025, Keystone Resort is no longer operating shuttle service from the condo complex to the base of the mountain. The nearest shuttle stop is in the Wintergreen Apartment complex to the east, and is approximately a 10 minute walk. This stop is shown on maps of the resort shuttle system and is part of the 'Red' route. Availability of the communal hot tub is not guaranteed. They may be out of service for maintenance, or due to local public health orders. No refund will be given for a closed or unusable hot tub. The condo sits at approximately 9300 feet above sea level. The air is thin, and the sun is strong. Please familiarize yourself with altitude related health and safety concerns, as well as mountain driving. Winter weather conditions may exist from September through May, and Colorado has a 'traction law' which may be in effect in the local area. This can affect what kind of vehicles are legal to drive during inclement weather. We do not provide weather related refunds.
