Spacious and bright house, renovated in 2021. Quietly located in the countryside of Pordic, close to the beaches and 800 m from the customs trail (GR34) where beautiful walks await you. Single-story house with veranda overlooking a large garden. The space Large living room, equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and double sinks, separate toilet. The house has 4 bedrooms with a dressing room in each bedroom as well as a baby cot if needed. One of the bedrooms opens onto the terrace. Another bedroom with a bathroom including shower, sink and toilet. The house has a pellet stove. The house also has a large closed garage in the back. Barbecue, deckchairs, garden furniture, parasol and games (bowls, pucks and molki) are available. Guest access The nearest railway station is in Saint Brieuc, 15 minutes from the house. The village of Pordic where there are many shops (bakery, butcher, caterer) is 3 km from the house.
