Gorgeous Sonoma retreat (with pickleball!)

You'll love the incredible views, fully stocked chef's kitchen, 3,000 sq ft deck, heated pool, pickleball court and lush gardens. Located near loads of wineries, the Russian River and 75 mins to San Francisco. We have blazing fast internet with mesh wifi, large screen TVs throughout the house and an EV charger. Inquire to learn more.** Our 5,000 square foot home is the perfect spot for large families or groups of families to get away for a relaxing vacation. We've got accommodations for up to three families (three couples and six or more kids), a fully stocked chef's kitchen, large dining table, outdoor eating area, chaise lounges and umbrellas on the huge deck (the umbrellas are out from May to October), etc. There's also a library / media / game room with doors that can be closed to create some kid / adult separation after a long day of hiking or other outdoor activities. We have a "whoa it's the real deal" Tornado foosball table in the library as well as a number of board games and books to support proper downtime. Should you want to get some miles in you can hop on the Peloton. Stay connected with friends and family with our custom built Zoom cart (see photos). Guest access You'll be able to access the entire property - the house, garden, deck and pool area and meadow. We generally keep the garage locked but can give you access if you need access to the workshop. Other things to note Our pool has a heater but it can use a LOT of propane depending on how warm you want the water. We ask our guests to pay for the fuel they use when heating the pool (we have a remote monitor and will show the actual usage, less an allowance for house heating and cooking, which is included in the rental rate). Heating the pool can cost $50 - 100 / day in the shoulder seasons depending on how warm you want the water. Note also that we do allow pets (under 50 lbs) but ask that they're kept off of the furniture and on leash when not in the gated areas (of which there are plenty) so as not to terrorize the neighboring cats. Naturally, we ask that owners clean up after their pets so there aren't any surprises for us or future guests. We charge $100 for each pet to account for added cleaning required after pets. Our Sonoma county transient occupancy tax (TOT) certificate number is 2908N. AirBNB collects this tax automatically. Per Sonoma County regulation and general decency and respect for our neighbors, quiet hours are 10 PM to 7 AM and amplified sound is not allowed outdoors. We love our neighbors and do not compromise when it comes to them; we have a zero-tolerance policy for parties unless you discuss your plans with us ahead of time. Registration Details 2908N
