This incredible property boasts an amazing view of Lake Winnipesaukee & many on-site amenities such as pool & spa! Spacious with 440 sq feet and cathedral ceilings. Unit has a small kitchenette for light meal preparation and place settings for 4 people. Fresh sheets, blankets, pillows & towels are provided. Autumn in New England/View is Spectacular! Outlet shopping, Gunstock Resort (8 miles), art galleries & the unique Mill Falls Marketplace are nearby The space This is a typical hotel room set-up with two queen beds. The elevator will whisk you up to the top floor and the condo is tucked in the farthest - usually quietest - corner of the property. Through your private entrance you will find 440 sq feet of expansive marble floors and a soaring cathedral ceiling. The small kitchenette offers the opportunity for light meal preparation and includes: a small refrigerator/freezer, a microwave oven, a coffee maker, a toaster, a sink and a table that seats four comfortably. There is a private on-suite bathroom adjacent. This newly remodeled bathroom features a walk-in shower. There is a hair dryer, iron and small ironing board in the closet. Although centrally located in the beautiful lakes region of New England-with all the fun to be had we also like to plan for rainy days so the condo has a nice selection of board games, books, videos and a PS 4 game system. The inside of the condo is beautiful but the reason our quests return, however, is the view. It is simply amazing. Guest access Guests are able to use all on-site amenities. Outdoors we have a full-size swimming pool, a brand new sports court, a children's play area and a fire pit. Inside there is a family/game room, pinball machines, an exercise room, a small library, and a brand new coin-operated laundry facility. There is free, unlimited on-site Wi-Fi . Other things to note Andy and I have been sharing our condo for a few years now. It's been an unbelievably rewarding experience for both of us. We have met so many wonderful people from all over the world through Airbnb and virtually everyone has treated it as if were their own place. My philosophy is simple: treat guests the way I like to be treated when I travel. Soft sheets and blankets, dried in fresh New England breezes on our clothesline in the summer, a beautiful place that is very, very clean and spacious. The view is wonderful, there is a lot to do in the area, but if you want to stay in and play board games with your family there are many to choose from. We truly hope that our place provides you and your family/friends with many wonderful memories, as it does for us! If you haven't visited our property for awhile it's definitely time to take another look! The entire property was renovated in 2024 - interior and exterior -increasing our amenities and moving the pool adjacent to our building while adding the hot tub, changing facilities and observation looking over the lake. Beginning in the Summer of 2026 I am expanding our amenity offerings. Some are available at the last minute, some need prior planning, some are free and some require a nominal fee. If you feel that any of these options would make your stay more enjoyable please do let me know! The following are potential add-ons: Bar-B-Que Set-Up: Charcoal briquettes, lighter fluid, lighter and B-B-Q tools. There are numerous Bar-B-Que grills on site for guest use. Beach Set-Up: Beach chairs, beach towels and a small cooler. Celebration Pack: Birthdays, Anniversaries, etc.....Completely customizable if you are interested in surprising your traveling companion! Children's Games: From small "parent sanity saver packs" to full puppet theater...entertaining the little ones is key when the adults also want to relax and enjoy their vacation! Family pack: Pack & play crib, booster seat, children's dinnerware, outlet covers. Girl's Trip: Games for girlies, spa items, etc...... Movie/Game Night: Numerous games, including Lakes RegionOpoly, popcorn, candy & fountain drinks. Great for rainy days! Outdoor games: Including: Corn hole, Croquet, TicTacToe.
