Twilight Terrace offers expansive views and a tranquil environment, making it the ultimate desert getaway to relax, restore, and reenergize. Twilight Terrace is conveniently located a quick 10 minutes from the Joshua Tree National Park entrance. The property is secluded enough to enjoy the desert starry nights, but close enough to town to savor all that downtown Joshua Tree has to offer. The space The newly renovated space has a clean and contemporary design, thoughtful amenities, and central heat and air to ensure you’re always comfortable. Relish in a slow morning spent sitting on one of our two patios, sipping your coffee, and enjoying the views and wildlife. At night you can snuggle around the fire pit with a glass of wine and watch the breathtaking desert sunset. The inside offers multiple lounge areas. Listen to a record while the wood burning stove crackles. Reconnect with loved ones over a meal prepared in our fully stocked kitchen. Each bedroom has a King bed and has been designed with peace and privacy in mind. The luxury Kohler bathroom has dual shower heads and organic bath products to help melt stress away. • THE SPACE There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with comfortable sleeping arrangements for 5 people; a king bed in each bedroom - Both bedrooms have been designed to feel calm, private and relaxing. The sunroom has two twin daybeds set up for lounging, the space could sleep two kiddos comfortably or one adult. •THE OUTDOORS The large property comes equipped with outdoor amenities including a grill, an outdoor dining table, a fire pit and two patios with beautiful desert views for ultimate dark skies and incredible stargazing. For the safety of our guests we have a Ring doorbell and Nest security cameras on the front of the house. • DEPOSIT We do not charge a security deposit. We welcome you and your guests to come to the property without an added security deposit or any extra holds of funds. You will not have to worry about any additional charges for accidental damages! ADDED SERVICES FOR OUR GUESTS • PRIVATE MEDITATION, REIKI & SOUND BATHS Connect with your soul during your desert stay. Experience a private or small group session of kundalini yoga, meditation, and/or sound bath by private teacher and energy guide. Reiki energy alignment sessions also available. Please be sure to call or email and schedule at least 24 hours in advance. • PRIVATE CHEF Looking to throw a dinner party to remember? We have got you covered! Our private chef is simply the best and she can cater that whatever your specific food needs would be. Please inquire with us and we can introduce you to her. More services added regularly, please let us know you are interested with a confirmed booking and we can help with the introductions! Guest access • You will be sent a number code for the keypad upon booking. Your code will be active ONLY during the time of your stay. Any questions or problems, feel free to contact us. Guests have access to the entire property during your stay. Driveway parking is available for multiple vehicles. Other things to note • Professionally managed by Hi-Desert Dwellings • CLEANING FEE As the top Professional Management Company in the area, we have always maintained exceptional cleaning standards and have been able to keep our rates low while still paying a living wage. 100% of your cleaning fee is paid to the cleaners (i.e. no profit to us) and we insist on a professional level of cleaning between guests. • A/C Twilight Terrace is cooled by central heat and air. This will help keep the house cool during warmer desert days and warmer during those chilly nights. • STAR GAZING For viewing of the night sky, it is best to keep all lighting to a minimum. This includes lighting inside the house that can bleed out the night sky. Moonless nights are of course the best. • PETS We love pets but due to allergies and asthma, pets are not allowed at the property at anytime. • WIFI There currently is good WiFi on the property. Cell service works great (Verizon is the best out here) and there hasn't been any issues with guests and having service. • FIRE Due to the location and a current fire ban there is a strict no open flames fire policy BUT the propane fire pit located outside if allowed. If it is discovered that you have started an outside fire, in a fire pit, using fireworks or other open fire (propane excluded when used IN the propane firepit and propane grill provided) means your rental agreement will be terminated and there is a $200 fine. • HOUSE AND PROPERTY Guest agrees to release, indemnify, hold harmless and forever discharge Host and Host's employees and Owner, agents, successors and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities or causes of action of any kind that guest, members of guest's household or guest's guests or invitees may have at any time against Host or Host's agents resulting from guest's use of the house and property.
