The backyard is your personal resort, perfect for soaking up the sun after a fun-filled day. Inside, the home was fully furnished in 2019 and offers plenty of space to spread out. The front door opens into a lovely living room with a large formal dining table. The fully stocked kitchen features an eat-in dining space that flows into a cozy family room, complete with a 55” HDTV for movie nights. When it's time to rest, you'll find comfortable accommodations for everyone: Master Suite: A spacious retreat with a King bed, 50” HDTV, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom featuring a soaking tub and a separate shower. Bedroom 2: Queen bed. Bedroom 3: Queen bed. Bedroom 4: Two twin beds. Living Room: A queen sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space. A fully stocked laundry room with a washer and dryer is also available for your convenience. Guest access You will have private access to the entire home, backyard, and pool. Check-in is simple and secure with our smart lock system. While we respect your privacy, we are available via text or the app if any issues should arise during your stay. Other things to note Please make sure all vehicles are in the driveway or garage overnight as overnight street parking is not allowed. One dog allowed on a case by case basis at a cost of $25 additional per night. Additional cleaning fees may also apply. Please inquire prior to booking for pet approval. NO PETS ON FURNITURE PLEASE.
