The space "Luminosa" has 2 double bedrooms, (one of them can be a twin) 3 bathrooms, livingroom and fully equipped kitchen, all at same floor and facing the main terrace. Here, under the Pergola there is a table for romantic dinners with view. :)) On top of the house a lounge terrace is ideal place to take a sunbath with seaview. Internet wifi and air conditioning. There is no doubt, the location of this villa is Unique, and worth the rental. Luminosa has 2 entrances: one at the top of the villa by car and a pedestrian access on the opposite side. From here you can reach the famous Piazzetta in just 8 minutes on foot. * preferably * on foot, so you can enjoy wonderful views along the ancient Roman streets. Please note that the following are due upon check-in: - €500 security deposit to be paid in cash upon check-in.
