Perched atop a hill in the charming town of Almyrida, Almi Cove Villa I offers a panoramic view of Souda Bay and the picturesque surrounding mountains. This newly constructed, state-of-the-art villa boasts modern architecture and superior craftsmanship. Situated just 200 meters from the acclaimed Almyrida beach, the property is within walking distance of the town, providing convenient access to a variety of shops, restaurants, cafes, bars, and other amenities for discerning travelers. The outdoor area has a swimming pool, children pool, bbq facilities and jacuzzi! Guests will have 100% exclusive access to all areas of the villa! I will be available for my guests for their total time of their stay to answer questions and assist them in order to have great time in our villa and island! The locality boasts a serene ambiance, situated a mere 300 meters from the central hub of Almyrida and its pristine beach. Almyrida itself offers a comprehensive range of amenities, encompassing cafes, grocery stores, and restaurants. Moreover, Almyrida is strategically positioned between two picturesque port towns. The first is the cosmopolitan Chania, located approximately 30 minutes away by car from the city center. Chania is renowned for its cultural richness and vibrant atmosphere. The second is the enchanting port town of Rethymno, accessible within a 40-minute drive. Rethymno exudes charm and historical significance, making it a captivating destination for exploration. This prime location allows residents and visitors alike to easily access the distinctive offerings of both Chania and Rethymno, further enhancing the allure of the neighborhood. The property provides private indoor parking with an electric vehicle charger. The use of pool heating system will cost additional 55€ per day (please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay, and it requires at least one-week advance notice). The villa is built to be environmentally and human-friendly. Rainwater is collected in underground tanks and reused, there is an electric car charger in the private parking lot, and guests are encouraged to use the garbage separation bins located in the kitchen and in the outdoor bins of the accommodation.
