We dreamed of creating a sustainable villa because we love our island: we understand that we can enjoy it, favoring tourism that respects its environment. The energy consumed by the house is generated by renewable sources and the envelope of the house has been acted upon to achieve greater energy efficiency. Many elements have been manufactured using sustainable procedures. The propery offers 3 gardens and the hillside attached to the house has been fenced as part of it. Taxis here are very reasonable. For example to take a taxi back home to the house from central Puerto takes 4 minutes and the cost is 3,9 Euros usually.
