Villa Constantino is a beautiful, new built house(200 sq.m.), built in the seaside settlement "Kato Gouves" in the prefecture of Heraklion that sleeps up to 10 persons. The heated pool is available at an extra charge by arrangement The space The 3 floor villa is nicely decorated with modern furniture and fully airconditioned. It is set in a beautiful herb garden with a lawn and swimming-pool. The main entrance on the ground floor leads into the bright living-dining area which features a modern corner bed sofa (sleeps 2 persons), two armchairs, a wardrobe, a coffee table, a fireplace and a Flat screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen, features a 4 ring cooker, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, and will make your cooking a pleasure. The dining area features a dining table with 4 chairs (2 more can be added). There is a bathroom with a walk in shower. From the living room panel windows open to the furnished terrace with the pool & BBQ area. The stairs lead to the first floor, consisting of 2 double bedrooms & 1 bathroom with a walk in shower. From the ground floor, stairs lead to the lower ground floor which features 1 studio with a double bed, wardrobe & kitchenette, a twin bedroom with wardrobe, a bathroom with a walk in shower, a small gym room with bicycle and dumpbells and 2 washing machines.The twin bedroom and gym don’t have a window, but are very bright and have a ventilation system. Ideal for teenagers seeking for independence as there is also a separate entrance to this level. Outdoor There is a beautiful garden with lawn, herb garden, pool and a lovely BBQ area with built in BBQ and traditional Cretan grilling system, called “Antikristo”. This area can be accessed directly from living room. There is a dining table with chairs & sunbeds with umbrella. The villa is built on a 800sq.m. fenced property and there is a private parking. Important! all double beds can be separated into singles to better shape your sleep. However, you should ask us to separate the beds before your arrival. Guest access You have access to the entire villa as descriped. Depending on the amount of guests, the lower ground floor might remain closed.
