The space Villa Torrione is a recently renovated location consisting of 4 spacious and bright independent apartments, each equipped with every modern comfort: air conditioning, WiFi, dishwasher, flat-screen TV, coffee pod machine, large double beds and comfortable sofas. The layout of the 4 apartments is as follows: The Magnolia Apartment, located on the ground floor, has 2 double bedrooms, a private bathroom, an open-plan living room with a kitchen, and a porch with a table for outdoor dining. The Ginepro apartment, located on the ground floor, has a double bedroom with an extra bed suitable for children, a bedroom with a French bed, two bathrooms, one of which is "en-suite, and an open-plan living room with a kitchen. The Oleandro & Olivo apartments, both located on the second floor, have a double bedroom each, a private bathroom and an open-plan living room with a kitchen. Each apartment is modernly furnished in a minimalist style so that each guest can enjoy the wide spaces of each area of the structure. Outside, guests can enjoy a swimming pool, used exclusively by the guests of the villa, a large well-kept garden and a private tennis court. There is also a large pergola for outdoor dining. Cars can be easily parked within the property's park. Guest access Guests who rent the entire villa have exclusive access to the entire house.
