Children will love the large outside playground next to the restaurant and outside dining area. The opening hours at the nearby bars and restaurants change throughout the year. Guests can also enjoy a round of golf on Dunmore East Golf Club which is also adjacent to this holiday home. This seaside parkland course offers idyllic surroundings, fresh clean sea air, combined with stimulating and challenging golf. Guests are always welcome; the course offers a challenge to golfers of all levels. About Dunmore EastFrom Seacliff Holiday Home No.15 it is only a short walk down hill to the local sandy cove at Counsellors Strand, the lovely pubs & restaurants in the picturesque village of Dunmore East. The picturesque and seaside village of Dunmore East has something for everyone from the public playground, local horse riding, cliff top walks, bird watching, sailing & water sports at the harbour, and tennis at the local public tennis courts. For a wonderful adventure and great day out try The Waterford Greenway, a spectacular 46km off-road cycling and walking trail along an old railway line between Waterford and Dungarvan. You and your guests will enjoy a beautiful journey across three tall viaducts from the river to the sea. If you are interested in cycling the Waterford Greenway, we would recommend booking your bikes in advance. A pick up and drop off shuttle bus service can be arranged from your holiday home in Dunmore East depending on group numbers. Bikes can be hired via Waterford Greenway Cycle Tour & Bike Hire however booking's must be made in advance and cannot be guaranteed during peak periods. Heating and Electricity: This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter while in others, energy charges are included in the rate you have paid. We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager prior to arrival how this is calculated or prior to making the booking. 2. Security Deposit: A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival.
