Peace and quiet in Central Puerto del Carmen

This first floor One Bedroomed apartment is centrally located in the town of Puerto del Carmen, offering easy access to public or private transport for you to explore this wonderful island. All amenities, including supermarkets, the large beach and many excellent restaurants along the Avenida de las Playas are within strolling distance. My apartment is second in from the corner as shown in the photo. The space The complex benefits from being situated in small private gated gardens. Leading via patio doors from a light and modern living / kitchen area is a spacious private south facing balcony furnished with table and chairs for al fresco dinning and a canopy to keep the mid day sun at bay if required. Sun beds to soak up the sun in peace and quiet. With one double bedroom and a good sized shower room the apartment and complex is an ideal haven with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.
