BEDROOM: king-size luxury feature bed and mattresses, with storage (drawers and hanging space) and wall mounted TV (terrestrial & internet connected). BATHROOM: off the bedroom there a shower room, with large walk-in shower and modern WC and sink. LIVING AREA: with large sofa facing large screen wall mounted TV (internet connected). KITCHEN AREA: kitchen with modern Neff oven, induction hob, fridge. Plates and usual things you'd expect/need. This area leads to a utility room with washer/dryer and large wine cooler & microwave. There is a large breakfast bar to sit and eat, overlooking the living area. OUTSIDE AREA: Large covered terrace with seating (there is large wall mounted TV (terrestrial & internet connected) linked to overhead ceiling speakers (note this is available subject to weather conditions March to October) - this area leads to the outside food prep area (pizza oven not included due to health & safety) and onto the hot tub, all with feature lighting. This area leads to a private garden area, laid to chippings, with more seating - overlooking open field onto Leigh Woods nature reserve.
