Property Layout & Features: Living Area: An inviting space with a comfortable sofa, a crackling log burner, and a 43" Freesat TV. An initial basket of logs is provided from November to April. Kitchen & Dining: A stylish, fully-equipped kitchen featuring slate flooring, a breakfast bar, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and a washer/dryer. Bedroom 1: A restful retreat with a king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a shower cubicle. Bedroom 2: A flexible space perfect for family or friends, offering three single beds and an en-suite with a shower over the bath. Outdoor Patio: A private, fully-fenced patio with garden furniture and a BBQ, creating the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening drinks while soaking in the scenic views. Self Check-In: Convenient keyless entry allows you to check in at your leisure after 16:00. Parking: Free private parking is available for two cars at the top of the driveway. Other things to note Please note: Check-in is from 16:00 and Check-out is before 10:00. Up to two well behaved dogs are welcome, however we kindly ask that they are kept off the beds and furnishings. Please also ensure that you clean up after your dogs if you allow them to foul outside the property. Please bring your own bedding and towels for your dogs. The property is set up to allow remote access with easy self check-in meaning that no direct contact with anyone is needed. DURING YOUR STAY My property management team will be available 24/7 via Airbnb, email, or phone to provide any assistance my guests may need. A complimentary basket of logs and kindling will be in the cottage for guest use during the colder months (Nov-April).
