The space Intelsol Calheta Apartment I is a completely refurbished 2-bedroom property, modern, simple, and practical for a holiday with family or friends. Access is by stairs, as the flat is on the second floor of a building in the Loreto centre, Calheta. The property features two bedrooms with double beds, one with a private bathroom. The living room is harmoniously divided into a dining area and a living area with access to a small sea view balcony. The sofa converts into a bed, so the maximum capacity is 4 people. The kitchen is spacious, has a central dining area, and is fully equipped. All rooms have air conditioning. Wi-Fi is available throughout. There is no reserved parking, but free parking is available next to the building. Area Flat located in the Loreto centre, a sunny area of the Calheta municipality. It is a 10-minute drive from Calheta beach, where you can also find bars, restaurants and a supermarket. Close by is the “Engenho da Calheta”, one of the oldest sugar cane mills in Madeira Island. The facilities and its machinery used in the production of sugar cane brandy and honey may be visited all year round. It has a tasting room and a wine bar. Calheta is about 40 minutes drive from the Funchal city centre. Other things to note All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide, free of charge, a baby travel crib, high chair and baby bath upon request before check-in. Requests made less than 48 hours before arrival may be subject to an additional fee. All properties are equipped with a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and a fire blanket. For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay service is provided, including the replenishment of bed linen, towels and consumables only. This service is not included for shorter stays.
