In this small residence, an ideal place to get away from the daily grind, you can spend your vacation between dips in the pool and aperitifs on the terrace, enjoying the tranquility provided by nature and the unforgettable view. The swimming pool is surrounded by the greenery of the condominium park and can be used from June to September. The space . You will have a comfortable and bright space of 60 square meters and a terrace for exclusive use of 10 square meters that offers a spectacular view of the lake, the park and the pool. The apartment consists of a living room with an open kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a double bedroom. The living room features a comfortable 3-seater sofa that can be quickly converted into a French-style sofa bed, a smart TV with Netflix, Prime, a Blu-ray/DVD player, a good selection of multilingual DVD movies, and a music speaker. Well-equipped open-plan kitchen with a window overlooking the lake, a 4-seater extendable dining table, a refrigerator, a kettle, and a microwave oven. On the terrace, equipped with a sun/rain awning, you can have lunch, dine, or sit comfortably and enjoy the scenery or sunbathe on the provided deck chairs. Guest access During the stay, guests have access to all the green spaces inside the residence. At the bottom of the garden, magnificently cared for where there are palm trees, fruit trees and native plants, there is the swimming pool (10x4mt , depth from 50cm to 1.80 meters) in a well sunny position with a garden where you can place the loungers provided. By the pool there is also an outdoor shower with hot/cold water (mandatory before entry into the water). Wearing a bathing cap is recommended. Other things to note The parking of only one car is allowed, which must be parked following the methods indicated by the clearly visible signs placed inside the parking lot . However, on-street parking is available free of charge. Given the location on the side of a hill and the stairs that you must walk to reach the apartment and the various common spaces, it is not possible to accommodate people with limited mobility or disability. Local regulations require the payment of a tourist tax of €1.50 per person per night of stay.
