We do not want to compromise the comfort of our neighbours. Guest access During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire property. Other things to note - Please note: although the house is suitable for babies/young children, there are NO stairgates; consequently it is the responsibility of the guests to ensure the safety of children. - A cot and highchair are available on request. The cot will have a clean sheet on it; please bring your own baby-grow/duvet. - We do not provide logs for the woodburning stove, these can be purchased locally at The Jet Garage. - We have stemless wine glass available at the property but feel free to bring your own should you require wine glass with stem. - If below 0 degrees our exterior areas may be icy and slippery so please approach cautiously taking extra care at steps. - Cooking oil and laundry detergent are not provided at the property. We recommend bringing these items with you if needed, or you may purchase them at nearby stores. - The property is self-catering, so we kindly recommend bringing along any additional supplies you might need during your stay. - We do not accept stag/hen parties or similar. - Please respect our neighbours at all times. - We kindly ask all guests to come inside by 10:00 pm, as some of our neighbours have young children. - Fireworks are strictly prohibited. - Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll be in touch to request your email address.
