Villa in Greece

The Villa consists of 2 floors. Large swimming pool build year 2020. Also there is a separate room for people with mobility problems. Special WC and easy access to the pool. The first floor holds the dining room, living room and kitchen, a small WC and the 1st floor holds the master bedroom, room with two single beds (you can join them to create a large double bed) and one room with a double bed. The 1st floor holds two bathrooms. Sun-beds, a large outside dining table and a large BBQ. The space My villa has 2 floors. A large swimming pool that was build on 2020. Also there is a seperate small house for people with mobility problems or disabled. A WC designed for disabled and easy access to the pool. The whole house is completely renovated this year (2018). On the first floor (ground floor) you enter from the main door to the living room and the dining room. The living room is spacious with large doors that illuminate the room. I'm sure you will spend the longest part of your day in this place. Here you will find a large sofa which can host comfortably up to 8 people. The furniture are all new (2018). The TV and the internet will make you enjoy your every moment. Also on the dining table and in the office on the first floor you will be able to continue your work, line being in your own house. The dining room is for 6 people, with beautiful dishes and crockery that you will find in the kitchen. Passing from the living room you are in the kitchen. In the small hallway between the living room and the kitchen there is a small bathroom. The first out of 3 total bathrooms of the house. The other 2 are on the first floor. The kitchen of the house is fully equipped and you can use it every day to cook, conserve your food and wine, or eat at the kitchen table. You will find all the utensils and items you will need for your cooking. Go to the first floor via the stairs and find yourself in the bedrooms. On your right hand there is a spacious bedroom with 2 single beds. You can join them to create a large double bed. The beds are made in such a way that it permits a comfortable joining of the 2 beds. Each bedroom has space for your clothes (wardrobe). In the middle of the 1st floor there is a large bathroom with a bathtub and just opposite is a smaller bathroom with a shower. This bathroom is new (2018). To the left of the floor, as you ascend the stairs, there is a master bedroom with a king size bed, a large desk and a large wardrobe. All rooms have large windows to ventilate and come in plenty of light. Next to the large room is a smaller one with a large single bed. The view from all over the house is our cozy garden that is specially tailored for you. On the outside area you will find, in addition to our unique garden, a patio with a large dining area for 8 guests where you can dine, as well as a unique outdoor lounge area to sip your wine overlooking the unique Corfu nature. At my villa, you will find all the comforts and all the electrical appliances you have in your own home. Washing machine, fridge hairdryer, iron and ironing board, all kitchen and coffee facilities for breakfast and breakfast, electric stove and many more. All rooms are also air-conditioned with new appliances. Pool Dimensions 9.00m x 4.00m Depth 0.80m - 1.50m IMPORTANT NOTICE The 4th room - studio is available only for groups above 6 guests OR after special request. Guest access You can use all the spaces of the house, both inside and outside. All furniture and appliances have been purchased specially for you to make your stay more enjoyable! All outside areas including the pool are accessible for disabled persons. Also the room for people with mobility problems is a large spacious room with specialy designed bathroom. Other things to note In general your stay in my villa will be pleased. Anything you need will be found in my house. Also, if you need something at any time, the nearby villages have shops open for most hours and until late at night in the summer months.
