Living Area There is a good size open plan lounge with wide views of the harbour, comfortable seating, smart TV and BOSE speaker. To the front is a paved patio area with table and chairs providing an ideal spot to watch the world go by and marvellous sunsets. The perfect spot for a morning coffee or evening sundowner. Off the lounge is an entrance lobby and a large shower room, ideal for anyone coming off the water. To the rear is a fully equipped kitchen including double fan ovens, induction hob, extractor fan, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The large ‘farmhouse table’ comfortably seats eight with patio doors leading out to an enclosed courtyard allowing for inside or outside dining. Bedrooms The property has four bedrooms. On the first floor are two master bedrooms with super king beds; both have ceiling fans for those sticky summer nights. The rear bedroom is double aspect with views of the harbour and gardens and is adjacent to the family bathroom. The front bedrooms have views of the harbour, a balcony and a large ensuite shower room. Bedroom three is on the ground floor and has a king size bed. This room has a window looking out on to the back courtyard and has access to the downstairs shower room and would be suitable for anyone who prefers not to the use the stairs. Bedroom four is on the second floor and offers wide views of the harbour. With a single bed and a desk by the window, this room allows a quiet space for anyone who has to keep in touch with work or has studying to complete. By arrangement this room could accommodate two children. General The harbour can be accessed by the slipway and there are kayaks and a paddleboard that can be used at your own risk. The garage houses a table tennis table for outside use and adequate space for guests to safely store bicycles, kayaks, jet skis, etc. There is off road parking for two vehicles to the rear of the property.
