Our bright, full sized luxury 1 bedroom unit is located next to the Plaza Chair ski lift, and is just steps to the village for shopping, food, and nightlife. This is the real Big White experience. The space This unique, freshly renovated 700 sqft top floor unit has been meticulously designed for an impeccable on mountain experience. Bright, and spacious, it features large windows with a view up the mountain, so you can actually see what the weather is doing before you start your day. We also have a fully equipped kitchen, complete with oven, microwave, induction stovetop, and dishwasher— making dining-in a breeze. Or, if you prefer to eat out, we are steps to Big White’s village, boasting several incredible restaurants, coffee shops and bars. Our newly renovated bathroom has a shower and tub, and is equipped with heated floors and a heated towel rack for your supreme comfort to help start your days right. In-between ski sessions you’ll be able to relax next to the gas fireplace, taking in views up the hill, or just unwinding while watching Netflix, Disney+, or Amazon Prime on an Apple TV. We also have Telus Optik TV, and games—lots of games. The unit boasts a large incredibly comfortable king-size bed with Endy mattress and lux sheets, as well as a pullout Queen bed that sleeps 2 comfortably. If you need to work, our unit also features high speed WIFI and a small desk, can get what needs doing done, and get back on the mountain. ***We provide a complimentary starter set of basic toiletries & coffee/tea. Guests will need to purchase or bring their own if they need more than what's supplied*** LAUNDRY With your own personal washer and dryer, you can keep on top of all the mountain gear and have it fresh for the next day. Also perfect for families with children! The building features 2 outdoor hot tubs to help unwind and loosen up the legs after a long day on the slopes. Here are some ways we've changed our hosting practices due to COVID19: ✔ Our unit gets thoroughly disinfected using a hospital-grade disinfectant. ✔ Cleaning with bleach and alike products to disinfect all bathrooms and kitchens ✔ Using germicidal disinfectant for the following high touch surfaces: door and window handle, cabinet and drawer handle, TV remotes, and all light switches. The comfort and safety of our guests is always a priority for us and we will continue to monitor the situation and ensure to make any modifications to our precautions as needed. Other things to note The Legacy is a quiet building located next to the 'Plaza Chair', halfway down the Hummingbird Ski Run— just a short walk up to the Big White village, and few turns down to 'Ridge Rocket Express' lift. Every stay includes the use of a ski locker and parking for one car. This rental is located on the 4th floor. Parking notes: There is free parking for 1 vehicle. Additional cars should park in the Happy Valley overflow parking lot at a cost of $20 per night or $100 per week.
