Originally fully renovated, but we have renewed many facilities in September 2022 to make your stay even more comfortable! With a 100-inch projector for watching YouTube, Netflix, Amazon prime, and more, you and your family, children, and groups will surely have fun! Fire tv Stick 4K Max has been installed for easy operation. Enjoy it while relaxing and stretching your legs on the low sofa. *You will need your own account to view each content. This is a great option for groups that cannot gather in one room at a hotel and want to have a great time together. We hope that your stay here will create wonderful memories for you. [Room & Bedding Details] ● Living Room: Enjoy movies with a top-of-the-line 4K 100-inch projector, and have fun cooking in the island kitchen! There’s a Bluetooth speaker, so please enjoy your favorite music from your smartphone. Card and board games are also available. There is one double sofa bed, which can be used as a bed for two. The sofa has been upgraded to a luxurious 3-meter long one, perfect for enjoying the projector's visuals as if you were in a movie theater. ● Japanese-style Room: You can lay three futons, which is convenient for those with small children. An air purifier is also installed for peace of mind! ● Master Bedroom: There are three single beds and one double bed. The pillows have been upgraded to high-quality ones for the best sleep! The side table is handy for charging your smartphone, and an air purifier is also available. ● Bath & Powder Room: A new toilet has been installed on the 1st floor and a shower booth on the 2nd floor. The previous setup was not very convenient with only one of each, but the renovation has made group stays much more comfortable. The space is spacious enough to get ready comfortably. A top-end Panasonic nano-care dryer is a must-see for female guests! ● Kitchen: The spacious island kitchen makes cooking fun even for large groups! Basic cooking utensils, dishes, a microwave, and a refrigerator are available, but seasonings are not provided for hygiene reasons. ● Dining: A large 240 cm dining table has been installed, allowing up to 10 people to dine together. Ceiling reels for outlets are available, making it easy to work on a laptop at the table. 【Distance from Sapporo Station】 It takes about 7 minutes by car. It is a 4-minute walk from the nearest station, Nishi 11-chome Station. 【About the surrounding area】 Located just one street behind Odori Park, it is very accessible and very convenient to go anywhere. Soup curry and other restaurants, Hotto Motto, and convenience stores are also very close by. There are many paid parking lots available.
