The Masseria is in greek style ( Greece 70 km away by boat) You’ll love my place for outdoors space, the sun light, the blu sky, the nature and the crystalline mediterranean sea The space La villa è spaziosa con 10 camere e 10 bagni, giardino, parcheggio privato, terrazze attrezzate e piscina, discesa a mare. Ogni due ospiti si assegnerà una camera. Con prenotazioni fino a 12 ospiti si avrà tutto il primo piano della grande villa in esclusiva e quindi tutte le 6 camere da letto (app. Scrirocco e apt Tramonana) le due cucine e due terrazze. Superato il numero di 12 ospiti adulti, si assegneranno anche le camere del piano terra e la terza cucina ACCOMODATION The villa has 10 bedrooms with kind size double beds and 10 bathrooms of which 8 ensuite and 2 just next door to the rooms. The big villa is develloped on 2 floors and is able to be divided into 3 completely individual apartments. FIRST FLOOR - 1 Apartment TRAMONTANA has an entry/library, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with an equipped kitchen giving onto the outside terrace with large table for dining as fresco overlooking the superb sea view. The bedrooms all have A/C, WIFI, and mosquito nets on the windows and TV sockets. 2 of the bathrooms not only have showers but also hydromassage baths. -Apartment 2 SCIROCCO has 3 kingsize double bedrooms and 3 ensuite, kitchen, and terrace doted with large table for 20 people, BBQ and wood oven for pizzas etc. All the bedrooms have A/C, mosquito nets on windows, TV sochets and WIFI. GROUND FLOOR Large internal living and dining room with well equipped kitchen. 3 kingsize bedrooms and 3 bathrooms ( 2 ensuite) and one singole bedroom with barhroom ensuite, which have been exscavated from the rock and are particularily fresh in summer and each one has a ceiling fan. The large glass wall of the living opens completely up, onto the outside portico creating one large enviroment , original and very comfortable with its large couches and armchairs together with a large table for outside entertainment overlooking the incredible view of the garden, pool and the sea. The large and spacious external patio is paved with natural Trani stone, making it particularily adapt for Yoga and the greeting of the sun , which radiates its rays directly on the villa because the sun surges east of the mediteranean sea. ...Things to know: To get to the first floor one has to climb the steps, but on the ground floor there are no steps or stairs. One can reach right up to the entry of the villa with a car so that makes life easier for loading and unloading luggage and food supplies etc. In the villa reports the presence of cameras not used during the guests' stay and carbon monoxide detection devices as described in the security devices details. The managers also run all the maintenance and daily cleaning of the garden, pool and external furnished areas from 7/8 am with gardener. This service is included in the rental price an they need the parking car n.1 alweys available.
