Pleasant Point cottage is only available for a maximum of 2 adults with parking for 1 vehicle. The space The Cottage is light-filled and spacious with designer fixtures and fittings - think retro meets seaside kind of vibe. The outside patio includes a BBQ grill, a bar table and stools and seating for an early morning cuppa or maybe a glass of wine - in the afternoon, of course! The kitchenette includes dishwasher, fridge, kettle and Nespresso machine, toaster and all the cutlery and crockery you may need during your stay. Sit by the floor to ceiling windows in the Featherstone chairs and gaze out to sea, or watch the latest shows on the 55" Samsung QLED TV with 5G Wifi access. A good night's sleep is important, so please enjoy the spacious master suite with comfy QS bed, Luxury cotton percale bed linen and comfy pillows. Pamper yourself with Apotheke toiletries and enjoy quality towelling in your private ensuite with separate toilet, vanity and shower rooms. Guest access Pleasant Point cottage is for you to enjoy exclusively during your stay and although we offer you total privacy, we are readily on hand should you need any assistance. Other things to note Safety: Guests are not permitted access to the clifftop or farm dam for safety reasons. The clifftop can be unstable and also forms part of the Churchill Island Marine Reserve. The farm dam and lovely water feature is home to an array of water birds that you can see coming and going all day, some very melodic frogs may serenade you of an evening. Thank you for understanding.
