The Lake House on Amaroo - Waterfront/Free Wifi

The Lake House on Amaroo is absolute waterfront. The house is fully air-cond including the guest bedroom. A gentle slope to the waters edge swimming, kayaking (2 kayaks/2 SUP Boards included) all at your back door. Enjoy the most amazing sunsets on either of the two large timber decks. One on the main level or simply walk down external stairs to a large undercover deck. The perfect location for couples to escape the grind, unwind, relax & enjoy the serenity that The Lake House has to offer. The space Main level (no stairs/easy access to front door from a large driveway. Entire house is reverse cycle Air Conditioned which is a must during the summer months. An open plan living area with high vaulted ceiling and exposed beams, large windows allowing for the most amazing views of the lake also giving you the feeling of being up in the trees. A large comfortable leather lounge with ottoman & coffee table. Sit back and enjoy your favourite programmes on an 85 inch Smart Television. On the same level, a fully equipped kitchen containing, full size fridge, Delonghi Nespresso Coffee Machine with milk frother (small supply of pods provided), coffee plunger (bring your own favourite blend), a slow cooker, stick blender, blender, deep fryer, pots and pans and all your cooking utensils to enjoy your gourmet home cooked meal. The dining area with live edge timber top table, bench seating and two leather chairs. Main bathroom with step in shower/spa and separate toilet/basin. Guest bedroom with Queen size bed, wall mounted smart television, bedside tables/lamps, open hanging space and lake views. Top deck, outdoor tables and chairs, 4 burner hooded gas BBQ, 2 x deck chairs with cushions, bar and stools and umbrellas. NOTE: A WASHER/DRYER COMBO IS OFFERED IN MAIN BATHROOM Our guests will also have access to the use of 2 x sit on Kayaks and 2 x high flotation SUP Boards During the winter months only, couples are welcome to use the fire pit. Fire wood is NOT supplied. Plenty of kindling to pick up off the ground out the back. Or bring your own small supply of logs. Chopping of trees is totally prohibited and heavy fines will apply if caught doing so. Guest access The Lake House on Amaroo is a large home situated in a quiet location surrounded by mainly permanent residents. In order to keep our lovely neighbours happy and keeping with the peaceful surroundings we have opened The Lake House allowing for a couple (no children) the use of 1 bedroom. The 3 other bedrooms will remain locked during your stay. Downstairs area - Undercover timber deck - Hot and cold outdoor shower. - Full clothes line on the lawns Please note that a permanent boat and trailer will share the driveway. Not for guest use. Plenty of space on driveway for guest parking. Other things to note Adults only stay for 1 couple!!! Bed linen and doona provided with bed ready and made up upon your arrival; Bath towels, bath mats and hand towels also provided; Extra pillows and blankets are also on hand if required; Strictly No Smoking or Vaping inside the premises; STRICTLY NO PETS ALLOWED; Be aware of noise levels to avoid being reported by residing residence, this is a quiet neighbourhood. Unregistered guests are not permitted. Our close neighbours have been notified of our policy for only couple stays. Additional guests will be reported and you will be asked to leave. Our house is not a hotel stay. I do however want my guests to feel immediately comfortable and right at home, relax and enjoy the stay but ask that our property and its contents be treated with the utmost respect at all times. I do require a minimum 24 hours notice prior to a booking, but will consider all requests if messaged early enough and i shall do my very best to accommodate if possible. Wearing a PFD (personal flotation device) out on the lake is mandatory, whilst kayaking/canoeing &/or boating. I do provide some adult life jackets. But I encourage you to bring your own purely to ensure correct sizing and comfort; Visit the NSW Maritime website for more information on these rules before your stay. Tip: I also recommend the wearing of water shoes, if you have them, definitely bring them along. The shoreline of the lake can in some sections be rocky. A full house manual is provided.
