Guest access The Rear Apartment is your own private space, including the patio and porch. Other things to note - The building is a duplex with two units, both of which we own. - We have parking available for a maximum of two vehicles. - We do not allow parties, gatherings, or events with more people than listed on the reservation documentation! - Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am -- please no loud music, yelling, or other noisy activities. - We do not allow pets or indoor smoking inside our apartments. - We expect our guests to maintain at least a basic level of cleanliness and hygiene while in the apartment. Please do not use our towels as cleaning rags. - The apartment must be air conditioned to 75F/21C at all times. If you prefer it warm, please run the AC when you leave the unit. Humidity and heat will cause damage and attract pests. Please do not open the windows. - If you are staying longer than 6 days and your trash bins are full, you are responsible for moving them to the street for collection. The days are: Mondays - garbage only (grey). Thursdays - recycling (blue) and garbage (grey).
