The space The house has a private garden with hot tub suitable for up to 7 people and an outdoor decked area with seating. Access to the double garage is also provided for the storage of bikes and other outdoor equipment and the pool table. Also provided for entertainment is an Xbox 360 which is situated in the downstairs living room. Perfect for keeping the children entertained while the adults relax in the upstairs sitting room in front of the wood burning stove where the vast views of the Cairngorm mountains can be enjoyed. Other things to note Just a few minutes walk is the lively centre of Aviemore which boasts a wonderful range of shops, restaurants, and bars. Aviemore is a bustling town surrounded by spectacular mountain and forest scenery with all year round activities on offer including skiing, snowboarding, quad biking, white water rafting, gorge walking, pony trekking, mountain biking and a variety of water sports on nearby Loch Insh, Loch Morlich and the River Spey to name just a few.
