2 beautiful barns near great beaches

2 beautiful barn conversions in a quiet hamlet...but with some of the best beaches in the country on 3 points of the compass. The Barns make an awesome holiday location. The Barns are situated opposite each other across the pretty cobbled courtyard. The Barns are made for entertaining and family get togethers. There is an oak beamed reception room and an enormous lounge. There is also a large gazebo perfect for alfresco dining. WEEKEND bookings can also be arranged. Please enquire. The space Great Barn has the following room configurations so you can work out who sleeps where : Upstairs : Very large lounge with wood burner. Master bedroom with Superking bed, large ensuite with shower, bath and w/c. Downstairs : Very large dining room with oak table (sits 10), wood burner. Kitchen, Double Bedroom with Double bed, Double bedroom with 2 singles. Large bathroom with shower, bath and w/c. Middle Barn has the following room configuration : Large kitchen. Large lounge and dining area with dining table for 6. Master bedroom with kingsize bed, ensuite with bath and w/c. Double bedroom with 2 single beds. Mezzanine bedroom with double bed...please note however this has restricted head height and is best suited for children (although they love it). There is wifi throughout the property A feature of the property is the pretty cobbled courtyard between the 2 barns. This has a large slate roofed gazebo set up for perfect alfresco dining on a summers evening. In addition there are 2 further decking areas for relaxing in the sunshine. The large wooden entrance gates can be closed off to create a safe space for your pet dog. New for 2025 ! We are installing a brick bbq and pizza oven for even better alfresco dining :) There are 2 outside security cameras but these are always switched off during bookings. Guest access You have full access to both Barns and the Courtyard. There are also 2 parking bays on the opposite side of the road. This allows you to keep the courtyard free for alfresco dining.
