Ths island provides plenty of prep space, the corner pantry is ready for you and plenty of natural light comes in from over the sink. Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes: This home includes 12 RPP Passes for 2022. Recreation Plus Passes Include access to SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, Disc Golf, and Winter Sledding Hill. *All RPP amenities are operated by the Howners Association and are subject to unforeseen closure or unavailability.
