We are only 25 minutes away from Sequoia National Park, Lake Kaweah is next-door and downtown Three Rivers is 8 minutes away. Two big bedrooms with a king size bed in one and a twin bunk bed with twin trundle in the other. Two bathrooms, one full size with large shower. Large back yard with a fire pit, outdoor dinning and beautiful views of the mountains. Property also has room for boat parking. Other things to note Please Note : * Brand new Airbnb listing. Everything has been updated and the house is stocked with basic necessities for your stay. Kitchen has basic spices, cooking oil as well as coffee pods for the Keurig. *This listing is located in a very quiet neighborhood. We love our neighbors and want to respect them so please no loud guests or parties. We want to make sure all guests are aware that this is not a party spot. We will have to take your entire security deposit if our neighbors contact us about any issues. We want all guests to have as much fun as possible as long as they follow the rules and respect our neighbors. *String Lights and Outdoor Lights– Please turn off by 11 pm out of consideration of our neighbors and night time stargazers. *We are out in nature, although rare, there have been sightings of snakes, and spiders. *Important: Lemoncove water is suitable for showering, washing dishes and laundry we suggest you don't drink the tap water. We provide fresh water jugs and a water dispenser during your stay.
