There’s a large decked terrace on which to enjoy the sun and alfresco dining. Ground floor bedroom This room has a king size bed which can be made up as a twin room on request. There's also a ground floor toilet. It has quality leather chairs and a sofa, and an extendable dining table which seats 6. There is a 32 inch flat screen TV & DVD. Front doors lead onto the sunny west facing the garden. UPSTAIRS Double bedroom The upstairs contains one large double bedroom with a triple oak wardrobe, bedside tables, chest of drawers & an en-suite shower room with a sea view. The en-suite has a shower cubicle, vanity wash hand unit, and WC. Twin bedroom There is a twin room with a flat-screen TV, twin wardrobe and enjoys a partial sea view. If you haven’t visited this part of Wales before, this lovely property is perfectly located to experience the West Coast of Wales and the stunning countryside, or just chill out in the quiet location and enjoy the amazing sunsets! Other things to note Short breaks when available out of the main school holidays: Monday- Friday 4 nights & Friday-Monday 3 nights. Arrivals from 4.00 pm vacate by 10.00 am. Where a one week minimum applies, our changeover day is SATURDAY. Prices shown are in pounds sterling per week, inclusive of energy, wifi, heating, bedding & towels. Please bring your own beach towels. Maximum of two dogs with a £35 per dog surcharge applying. Sorry, no puppies. There is a cleaning fee of £49 per booking. It is the guests responsibility to insure against any losses that may occur should the need to cancel their holiday arise.
