This listing is one of the very few beach houses with a daily, rental license in the Key West area. A unique island experience awaits you in the spacious and peaceful oceanfront house. The property is perfect for a family or friends gathering. House has a beautiful oceanfront pool, the pool is not heated, big yard, outdoor grill, and barbecue. The dock is is steel dock located in a deep water canal, the control depth is 6' It was recently rebuilt. The space BEDROOMS & BATHS This two-story home sleeps up to 10 guests in four bedrooms. The first master bedroom on the first floor is furnished with a king-size bed. You can enjoy waking up to the ocean view from your room. It has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The other bedroom on the first floor is furnished with one bunk bed (the top bunk is an extra-large twin, and the bottom bunk is an extra-large full). There is also a twin-sized bed in the room. This room can sleep four guests. Right outside the door is the bathroom with a tub and shower. On the second floor, the elegant second master bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed and a 56" curved TV. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is another bedroom on the second floor. The entrance is through the master bedroom. The fourth bedroom has one bunk bed (the top bunk is an extra-large twin, and the bottom bunk is an extra-large full) and a full sleeper. This room has gorgeous natural lighting and breathtaking panoramic views of the ocean. OUTDOOR AREA House has a pool with a picturesque view of the ocean (The pool is professionally maintained and is serviced once a week. The pool is not heated. We live in a National Wildlife Refuge. Wildlife, particularly birds, have a mind of their own, and sometimes the wind blows debris into the pool. You may need to skim the pool in between services. We highly recommend you do not feed birds and wildlife.). The tiki hut is the perfect setting for outdoor dining. In the evening, the whole yard is illuminated with stellar lights. You can have a serene walk in the spacious yard. The outdoor grill comes with two propane tanks. There are multiple businesses in the area where to exchange or refill.
