APOLLO'S VIEW ACCOMMODATION A brand new double story beach house located at Skenes Creek surf beach. Well appointed and has the luxuries to please our guests. We now have wifi available including Netflix. ( no downloads possible due to limited access data) The advertised rate is for a minimum of 2 nights. Please check calendar for single night availability. The spa is no longer in service. The space The beach house is located at 4 Muller Road Skenes Creek. Approximately 5 km from Apollo Bay so a very easy drive to the main township. Please note that the jacuzzi is no longer available. The house is double story with a stylish and open plan living arrangement. I designed and built the house with my own hands. Yes, a massive task but a rewarding feeling to achieve such an excellent finish and a touch of class. Perfect for you to settle and enjoy the ambience in a space of paradise. The house has the main entry downstairs leading through a wide foyer to 2 bedrooms either side and separate from each other. Both bedrooms are fully set with 2 queen beds and all towels,hand towel,soap shampoo supplied. Each bedroom has it's own en suite with shower,vanity unit and toilet. The laundry is also downstairs with a washing machine and dryer. The upstairs area is open plan with a large lounge area and fully equipped kitchen. There is also an upstairs bathroom with toilet,shower and vanity unit. Another doorway from this bathroom leads to the cedar sauna room. The upstairs deck has an outdoor table and chairs and accessible from the kitchen/lounge area. 2 sun lounges are also provided on the deck. The webber gas BBQ is also in this area making your evening dinner preparation as easy as possible. Please note that the deck area has minimal overhead cover so rain will affect your outdoor living. There is car park facilities on the property that is safe and easy level ground and no obstructions. Guest access You will have access to the whole house. Other things to note Queen beds x 2 are prepared/set. Soap/shampoo and bath towels are supplied. Tea and espresso coffee supplied. Please be advised that the property is strictly a maximum of 4 people and strictly no pets. You must not allow extra people at any time. Breach of these requirements will result in further action and your stay will be terminated.
