Perfect place for a comforting stay in Canberra. This peaceful and clean home is conveniently located just 5 minutes drive from Belconnen Westfield. There is also the nearby suburban Hawker shopping center with a Woolworths supermarket, petrol station, and excellent bakery, with excellent travel links to Canberra’s most famous attractions. * The Central Heating system provides warmth to the property. The space This is a spacious house. It has 3 comfortable queen-size beds with fresh white bedding and Ceiling fans in each bedroom. All three bedrooms have 2 pillow with white pillowcase, 1 Duvet with white quilt cover, 1 white bed sheet. * If you need any additional requirements (such as extra bedding, pillows, flat sheets, or sofa beds) Please don't hesitate to ask! We will prepare all your needs for FREE(^_^) *All linens and towels are washed after each guest's stay on an allergy wash cycle at a minimum of 60 degrees, We use Canesten antibacterial liquid on the final rinse. Other details : - WIFI access with unlimited data. - 55' Smart TV, Netflix, Apple TV, DVD Play. - Iron (Ironing board is in the master bedroom). - Kitchen: Fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven and Coffee machine plus cooking essentials. - Laundry: We provide a washer-dryer combo machine due to structural of the wall and safety considerations. If you have specific drying needs, please consider one of our other properties. Thank you for your understanding. The house is filled with the essentials for you to make it your home away from home in Canberra. The stove for cooking has a safety feature that requires two buttons to be pressed down together and twisted in order to turn on the flame. Just a friendly reminder that the temperature sensor for the central heating system is located in the living room. When the temperature in the living room reaches the set temperature, the central heating system will automatically turn off. Therefore, it's recommended to turn off the air conditioning in the living room at night to ensure the proper operation of the central heating system. No Cameras Installed: Please be aware that there are no cameras installed within our property. We aim to provide you with comfort and privacy during your stay, and as such, we do not monitor your activities. Your privacy is of utmost importance to us, and we hope for mutual respect during your time here. Parties / Events NOT Allowed: Please note that our property is not suitable for hosting parties or Events. Our surrounding neighbors are long-term residents who value a quiet and peaceful living environment. Please ensure that your activities do not disrupt their lives and refrain from causing unnecessary inconvenience or disturbance. Guest access Parking is available in front of the house and in the garage. Other things to note *There is a Strict NO PARTY / NO Events policy at the house. *Air Conditioning is ONLY installed in the living room. *The kids Must Be under adult supervision at all times. *Please make sure all lights and heating/Air Conditioning is turned off when you leave the property each day.
