The dining room has seating for four at the table with additional seating at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen has all the conveniences of home. The beach and pool are just steps away. The Oceans of Amelia offers easy access to historic downtown Fernandina Beach, Ft. Clinch State Park, the Greenway, golf courses and all the unique and wonderful restaurants and shops found on the island. PLEASE NOTE: Parking is very limited and guests are assigned only one parking space per condo. There are no guest parking spots at the Oceans of Amelia. An additional parking pass will be provided for guests bringing a second vehicle for the overflow parking. However, it is important to note that the overflow parking is 2 miles south of the Oceans of Amelia complex and is at a first come, first serve basis only.
