Upstairs are two bedrooms, a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen and ocean-view deck. The newly renovated lower level is an independent one-bedroom apartment with king bed, ensuite bathroom, sitting area, kitchen and screened patio. Everything is provided for a carefree stay: **six kayaks (single and double), snorkeling equipment, beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and coolers**, plus Wi-Fi, TV, BBQ, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Groceries can be ordered in advance and delivered to the house.
