This unit offers a 6th floor balcony view of the ocean and sleeping arrangements that can accommodate up to 8 guests, has the convenience of a washer and dryer, A full kitchen with cookware, dishes and plenty of cabinet and counter space. **CHECK IN INSTRUCTIONS** You must come to our office first before heading over to the property. This is where you will receive your access information before going to the property. Once you receive check-in instructions you may continue to the property. If you do not receive check-n instructions, please be sure to let us know as you will not be able access the property without them. Please be sure to let us know if you have any other questions! What we supply you with: During your stay we supply linens and towels (no beach towels) as well as the initial setup of toiletries but ask that you purchase your own for the remainder of your stay. We do not provide a daily housekeeping service so we will not be replacing towels or sheets during your stay. • One roll of paper towels • One trial size dish soap (for kitchen use) as well as one kitchen towel. • One dishwashing detergent if applicable. • One roll of toilet paper (per bathroom) • One trial size of shampoo • One trial size conditioner • One trial size of body wash and body lotion • One trial size of laundry detergent (if applicable) • As well as one trash bag for the kitchen. Monthly Rentals – We do not offer all year long monthly rentals. We offer Monthly Winter Rentals October through March of the following year. *Please note!
