Welcome to The Lakeview Retreat in the amazing Lakes Region of New Hampshire. Our four bedroom home is located right off of the main route to Laconia and just minutes from local beaches on beautiful Lake Winnisquam! Enjoy the restaurants and shopping just minutes away! Popular Gunstock Mountain is a short 15 minutes away! Enjoy all winter time has to offer with a day on the slopes or in the lodge with a nice hot cocoa! Return home to enjoy the relaxing Hot Tub and take in the beautiful views! The space We love the rustic charm of the Lakeview Retreat! Enter the home into our large mudroom where you can kick off your boots and hang up your ski’s and coats. The door on the right leads to the large 2-car garage where you are welcome to park! Please note the garage doors are manual and can only be opened from the inside. Head to the door on the left to enter the space. As you walk in you’ll find an open concept dining, kitchen and living room. Along with that you’ll find the first floor full bathroom that has been fully updated. Complimentary items provided in bathrooms are, Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, bar of soap, toothpaste and a total of 4 tooth brushes. The large dining room table can easily seat 12! If you’re looking for some extra fun stack up the chairs and remove the four cover panels to play a game of pool! Continue into the beautiful, updated kitchen. Fully stocked with all your cooking and baking needs! Head to the coffee bar area and enjoy complimentary coffee, tea, hot cocoa and sugar with the Keurig machine! Love your wine? The kitchen comes equipped with a large wine fridge to hold all your wine, red or white! Cozy up in the living room and watch your favorite movie on a Roku Smart TV. Sliders open off the living room onto a private deck with stunning lake views! Directly off the deck is a relaxing hot tub that is open all year round for your enjoyment. Also outdoors is a spacious firepit area for all the s’mores making fun! Yard games can be found in the garage! This home has four great sized bedrooms. Bedroom 1: First floor bedroom that has a beautiful king sized bed. It also has a twin daybed and trundle for extra sleeping for additional family members! Also has a 32” Roku Smart TV. Bedroom 2: Second floor bedroom that has a queen bed and plenty of space! Also has a 32” Roku Smart TV. Bedroom 3: Second floor bedroom with a queen bed. Also has a 32” Roku Smart TV. Master Bedroom: Very spacious bedroom on the second floor with a king bed. It has has a twin daybed with trundle making it ideal for families! Also has a 43” Roku Smart TV and gorgeous views of lake Winnisquam. In the walk-in-closet you’ll also find two pack-N-plays with comfy mattresses for your little ones! The second full bathroom is located on the second floor and offers a bathtub/shower combo! Perfect for bathing your little ones after a fun day at the lake or outdoors! Laundry machines can be found in the basement. Detergent, fabric softener and dryer sheets are provided. Guest access Entire house including basement for laundry.
