Spend a cozy evening in the spacious living area in front of the fireplace or treat yourself to a wellness stay in the wellness bath with sauna and floor-level shower. After an exciting day, you can find restful sleep in both double bedrooms. A small lake is located outside the door, the river Vechte flows directly past the house and the Vechtesee is also only about 300 meters away. The Nordhorn leisure pool with wave system, the newly built indoor pool, the indoor children's playground, the tennis courts and other leisure facilities are within walking distance of about 400 m. The zoo is also not far away. The surroundings invite you to long bike tours, as well as paddling on the Vechte and the canals.
